Job summary

OI Infusion Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the month-end close, intercompany transactions, and site-level reconciliations across a 39-location infusion network in the New England region. This role reports to the Accounting Manager and requires strong GAAP knowledge and NetSuite proficiency.

The successful candidate will oversee inventory and revenue accounting, prepare revenue and margin analysis, and coordinate with site leaders to improve close processes as the company

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Multi-site accounting experience across locations.
• Experience with inventory or revenue accounting.
• GAAP knowledge including ASC 842 and ASC 606.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliations).
• Attention to detail under month-end deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with non-finance leads.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end reconciliation of high-value drug inventory across sites and channels.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and monthly pass-through entries between entities.
• Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Prepare monthly revenue reporting and reconcile revenue entries.
• Create site-level flux analyses for monthly financial review and explain variances.
• Verify pricing and earned credits on drug purchases and record vendor credits.
• Maintain ASC 842 lease schedules and monthly lease entries for all site leases.
• Assist with pass-through payables records and monthly AP review.
• Reconcile corporate and subsidiary bank transactions and payroll entries.
• Prepare audit schedules and serve as primary contact for auditors.
