Finance Search Partners, LLC seeks a Senior Accountant to report to the Site Controller and collaborate with the CFO and corporate finance team to uphold GAAP-compliant accounting and company policies. This role supports month-end and year-end close, prepares financial reports, and ensures audit readiness.

A hands-on contributor will drive process improvements and actively participate in the company's NetSuite implementation, including data migration and chart of accounts mapping.

Competenze

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a dynamic environment.

• Work closely with team members to assist with all financial close and reporting activities.
• Support daily and weekly production accounting, including inventory and cost reporting for the site's operating businesses.
• Support the NetSuite implementation, including chart of accounts mapping, data migration and opening balance validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Serve as a site-level NetSuite super user after go-live, supporting other users and identifying further automation opportunities.

The Senior Accountant reports to the Site Controller and works closely with the CFO and corporate finance team to execute core accounting functions. The role supports daily accounting operations, prepares financial reports, and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies. This role participates actively in the month-end and year-end close, consolidated reporting, audit preparation, and process improvement, and will play a hands‑on role in the company's ongoing NetSuite implementation.
