Job summary

AG1 is seeking a Senior Accountant to support inventory movements, revenue streams, and treasury activities across multiple regions. The role emphasizes accurate reconciliation between NetSuite, 3PL partners, and co-manufacturers while supporting cash applications and accounts receivable cycles.

A CPA with Big 4 experience and strong ASC 330/606 knowledge is preferred. The position offers a 100% remote work setup (laboratory roles excluded), competitive compensation, and opportunities to impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general accounting experience, with manufacturing/inventory focus preferred
• Strong background in ASC 330 and ASC 606 accounting principles
• Big 4 experience with active CPA license
• Experience in the CPG industry is a plus
• Experience using AI tools to streamline processes

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels between NetSuite and global 3PL and co-manufacturer network
• Analyze purchase price/quantity variances and communicate impacts
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain on inventory fluctuations and risks
• Record cash flows from customers to bank deposits
• Reconcile revenue streams across multiple countries to sales orders
• Perform treasury activities including cash reporting and wire transfers
• Cross-train to cover Cash, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Accruals and Leases
• Reconcile balance sheets using Floqast and NetSuite ERP
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and controls
