Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a CORE Network Engineer to support government customers’ global enterprise networks from Chantilly, VA. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 compliance, with 5+ days per week on-site presence and no relocation.

The responsibilities include designing and developing tools, databases, and collaboration platforms, plus leading and training programming staff. Salary is competitive and geographic-dependent.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have 10 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work history.
• Must be compliant with DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.
• TS/SCI with polygraph is required to work on government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop tools for relevant operating systems platforms.
• Develop tools that integrate with commercial applications.
• Design and develop databases, image processing, and data visualization tools.
• Write and conduct unit tests; document software designs and user instructions.
• Coordinate and review work of programming personnel; train subordinates in programming.
