Synechron in Charlotte, NC seeks a Lead Software Engineer to supervise and develop software across the SDLC for enterprise applications. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include prototyping, UML diagrams, mentoring junior developers, estimating effort, and coordinating with distributed teams to ensure timely, quality deliverables using Java, Spring, REST, Kafka, and J2EE practices.

Qualifications

• Experience developing enterprise-scale applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lines of business and architects to deliver implementation solutions.
• Prepare prototypes to validate designs.
