Responsibilities

• Analyze core banking needs and translate into implementation workstreams
• Support transformation activities across core banking modernization, configuration, and integration efforts
• Developing functional documentation, process maps, and delivery artifacts for platform change initiatives
• Troubleshooting application issues and validating system behavior during testing, deployment, and stabilization phases
• Coordinating project tasks, timelines, and dependencies across technology, operations, and business teams
• Interpreting data and user feedback to inform recommendations for process improvement and automation
• Guiding junior team members through task execution, review cycles, and problem-solving approaches
• Building meaningful client relationships by anticipating needs and responding to changing priorities in complex environments
