Job summary

PwC is seeking a Core Banking Modernization Senior Associate to help clients transform core banking platforms, improve processes, and deliver value across the advisory lifecycle. You will analyze complex problems, manage workstreams, and mentor junior staff in a dynamic client environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with technology, operations and business teams, documentation, testing, and delivery of practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in advisory or technology consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze core banking platform needs and translate business requirements into workstreams.
• Support client transformation activities across modernization, configuration, and integration efforts.
• Develop functional documentation, process maps, and delivery artifacts for platform change initiatives.
• Troubleshoot application issues and validate system behavior during testing, deployment, and stabilization phases.
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and dependencies across technology, operations, and business teams.
• Interpret data and user feedback to inform recommendations for process improvement and automation.
• Guide junior team members through task execution, review cycles, and problem-solving approaches.
• Build meaningful client relationships by anticipating needs and responding to changing priorities in complex environments.
