Job summary

Nymbus is seeking a Core Implementations Consultant to lead complex client implementations of its core banking platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage data migrations, GL setups, and accounting workflows to ensure smooth transitions for financial institutions.

The role blends project management discipline with deep banking knowledge and client relationship skills, advancing best practices in scalable, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years managing technology or banking implementation projects, incl. 2+ years on core banking conversions or migrations.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools to accelerate implementation work.
• Deep understanding of banking operations, financial systems, GL, lending processes, and core banking tech.
• Experience with financial institution back-office processes and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of core banking implementations, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
• Direct cross-functional teams of internal staff, clients, and third-party vendors to meet milestones.
• Translate client requirements into actionable project plans with structure and flexibility.
