Job summary

Nymbus is seeking a Core Implementations Consultant to lead complex client deployments of the core banking platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide data migrations, GL setups, and integrations, ensuring smooth, compliant deployments that meet client objectives and business outcomes.

You will combine project management discipline with deep banking expertise and strong client relationships, driving repeatable delivery and continuous improvement across implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, or finance.
• 5+ years managing technology or banking implementation projects, 2+ years in core banking conversions.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools to accelerate implementations.
• Deep knowledge of banking operations, GL, lending, and core banking tech.
• Experience with back-office processes in financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Core banking implementation projects, from planning to post-go-live support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clients and vendors to hit milestones.
• Translate client needs into actionable project plans balancing structure and flexibility.
• Maintain project governance, risks, and deliverables with clear documentation.
