FactSet is seeking a Specialty Services Lead for our Middle Office Managed Services team in the USA. You’ll bridge finance and software expertise, acting as a subject-matter expert between investment professionals and FactSet’s platform.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with client representatives, sales, product specialists, and engineers, driving client success while expanding regional Managed Services revenue. You will mentor teams and advance industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–9+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical and application knowledge.
• Leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial products and instruments.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial formulas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Specialty Services retention and support across client production workflows.
• Analyze complex issues in portfolios, data, analytics with cooperation from middle and front office teams.
• Contribute to best-practices initiatives, product improvements, and workflow enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for regional ASV growth within Managed Services.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Product, Engineering, and Sales; mentor teams.
