FactSet is seeking a Specialty Services Lead for our Middle Office Managed Services team in the USA. You will bridge investment and software expertise, collaborating with client representatives, sales, product specialists, and engineers to deliver specialized services and solutions.

You will become a subject matter expert in FactSet Core Analytics, guiding implementations and thought leadership while mentoring other client-facing teams and maintaining industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–9+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical and application knowledge.
• Leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial products and instruments.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial formulas.
• Enthusiasm for working closely with investment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead client retention and proactive support for Specialty Services, prioritizing requests and resolving complex issues.
• Contribute to best-practices initiatives, product improvements, and workflow enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for regional ASV growth within Managed Services.
• Mentor and support other client-facing teams; collaborate with Consulting, Product, Engineering, and Strategy.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of asset management trends to inform Specialty Services strategies.
