FactSet in the United States is seeking a Specialty Services Lead for our Middle Office Managed Services team. You will bridge investment professionals and FactSet software, leveraging finance and technology expertise to streamline research and analytics workflows.

This role requires collaboration with client representatives, sales, product, and engineers; you will mentor others, grow regional business, and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge while delivering high-quality service in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–9+ years of relevant experience in specialty services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial products and instruments.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial formulas.

Responsibilities

• Lead client retention and proactive support for specialty services.
• Contribute to best-practices initiatives, product improvements, and workflow enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for regional ASV growth and expanded engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Consulting, Product, Engineering, and Strategy.
• Mentor and support other client-facing teams.
