Qualifications

• 6–8 years agency or related experience in social-first copy.
• Production experience required.
• Strong knowledge of entertainment and pop culture.
• Experience in entertainment, celebrity, or sports campaigns.
• Understanding of social video and static best practices.
• Excellent voice, tone, and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation with creative and strategy to produce social content.
• Develop breakthrough social-first campaigns across platforms.
• Ensure high craft in voice, visuals, and production.
• Stay current with trends and AI tech and translate insights.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple priorities.
• Present work to clients and incorporate feedback.
