MONO in Minneapolis seeks a Creative Writer to craft copy for social campaigns and traditional work, blending strategic thinking with bold execution. You’ll shape captions, scripts, taglines, and concepts, while staying native to each platform and culture.

You bring 2–3 years of agency copywriting, a strong portfolio, and deep social media fluency. This hybrid role involves collaboration, quick turn production support, and a desire to push creative boundaries with MONO’s leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of agency copywriting experience.
• Strong portfolio showing concept thinking and social content execution.
• Deep familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and rules.
• Understanding of how content supports brand goals and campaigns.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with art directors, designers, and strategists to craft social campaigns.
• Write across platforms from TikTok to Instagram to YouTube Shorts.
• Develop and write persuasive copy, decks, and client presentations.
• Assist production on quick-turn content when needed.
• Translate brand objectives into copy and share platform trends.
