We Are Social is seeking a culture-hungry Senior Copywriter with organic social experience to join our growing team in the United States. You’ll turn cultural insights into social-first ideas, craft compelling copy, and champion creative excellence from concept through execution.

You’ll lead with brand voice across channels, present with confidence, and navigate tight deadlines while balancing big-brand ideas with fast-paced social dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience with a portfolio showing multi-channel campaigns and strategic depth.
• Strong understanding of advertising fundamentals, including brand development and storytelling.
• Ability to bring ideas from kernel to campaign and sell them to clients while staying on brief.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to defend creative choices.

Responsibilities

• Concept, write and create compelling copy for social audiences across platforms.
• Understand brand identity and ensure cohesive visual and verbal executions.
• Serve as creative spokesperson to defend work and maintain integrity under deadlines.
• Support new business by outlining and writing pitch decks.
• Collaborate with large teams to translate briefs into actionable tasks.
