Qualifications

• 7–10 years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house creative team
• Portfolio of integrated, multi-channel campaigns with clear ideas you originated
• Demonstrated range across brand campaigns, product storytelling, website copy, and experiential
• Experience leading projects through strategy and creative development, from brief to final copy
• Film and motion collaboration with directors, editors, and animators
• Exceptional long-form and short-form writing with strong cadence and voice
• Strong presentation skills and ability to shepherd work through stakeholder review
• Experience working with external production companies and creative partners
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with AI tools in the creative process, with strong editorial judgment

Responsibilities

• Develop original, integrated campaign concepts translating brand strategy into memorable work
• Lead projects from brief through concept development, production, and launch, maintaining idea integrity
• Create campaign lines, headline systems, and creative platforms for Marketing teams
• Present and defend creative work to senior stakeholders with strategic rationale
• Partner with Brand Strategy to sharpen insights, define audiences, and shape briefs
• Explore multiple creative territories and recommend directions based on strategy and business goals
• Translate Justworks positioning into work that resonates with SMB owners
• Write across manifestos, scripts, voiceover, social, digital, and experiential
