Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Lead Copywriter to develop compelling, conversion-focused copy across paid media, social, email, web, direct mail, and video. This role partners with Performance Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, and Creative Leadership to elevate messaging and drive engagement.

You will mentor writers, maintain brand standards, and contribute to testing and optimization initiatives to improve lead generation and performance across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience including guidance and mentorship to writers.
• Portfolio demonstrates copywriting, concepting, and storytelling across digital, social, email, direct mail, video, and performance campaigns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop persuasive, conversion-focused copy across paid social, email, direct mail, web, print, video, and other channels.
• Provide guidance and feedback to writers to elevate writing quality and ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into effective creative strategies and campaigns.
• Review copy produced by others for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
