Leaf Home is seeking a Lead Copywriter to craft compelling, conversion-focused copy across paid media, social, email, web, and more. You will partner with Performance Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, Creative Leadership, and Legal to elevate messaging and drive results.

The role emphasizes storytelling, strategic thinking, and a performance marketing mindset, with mentorship responsibilities and brand-standards governance across channels.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree.
• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, including guidance and mentorship.
• Portfolio demonstrates copywriting, concepting, and storytelling across multiple channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Develop persuasive, conversion-focused copy across paid social, email, direct mail, web, video, and other channels.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to writers and creative partners.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, Creative Leadership, and Legal to transform insights into campaigns.
• Review copy for clarity, accuracy, compliance, and brand standards.
• Contribute to performance-driven testing by developing copy variations and analyzing results.
• Support evolution of brand voice and copy standards across the company portfolio.
