Position HighlightsThe Senior Coordinator reports to the Director of Fostering Success and assists in the development, implementation, and programming of recruitment and retention initiatives for students who have experienced foster care, housing insecurity, or are considered unaccompanied youth. The Coordinator works one-on-one with program participants, supervises student staff and facilitates group engagement opportunities to build skills, access resources, and build community. This position collaborates with numerous community and campus partners on behalf of the program to reduce barriers, build access to resources, and develop a support network for Fostering Success students in collaboration with other full-time and student staff members.
