The Department of Immunobiology is seeking applications for a Student Services Administrative Professional III (Program Coordinator, Lead) to support student success and program development for our Immunobiology (IMB) programs. This position will be responsible for academic advising, programming, scheduling, admissions/enrollment management, and general support of the department programs in IMB. The individual will assist in the maintenance and growth of the IMB Certificate program, IMB Master's online program, GPMM PhD program, and IMB Global International Program. The individual will manage student plans of study and petitions, ensure milestones are met and documented, advise on degree requirements, facilitate student/faculty advisor relationships, and work with the graduate studies committee to establish program processes that align with IMB and the Graduate College. This individual will work closely with the Educational Leader and Graduate Program Director.

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
