Duties & Responsibilities
Front desk customer service (60%)
Primary staff member for the front desk. Uses training, prior experience, and operating procedures to assist with varied and complex administrative processes that arise in the day-to-day of the Welcome Center and One Stop. Seeks to resolve issues independently using extensive knowledge of multiple departments' policies and procedures and uses sound judgment to elevate as appropriate. Ensures all guests and visitors receive a warm first impression and uses resources of Admission and Enrollment Management and partner departments from across campus to personalize guests' experience.
Reporting and organization (20%)
Utilizes prescribed systems and databases to accurately track and maintain visitor and guest information. Prepares, organizes and maintains physical/digital records, files, and CRM database (Technolutions Slate) relevant to role. Monitors and restocks office supplies and ensures Wildcat Welcome Center is prepared for daily tours, group tours, and special events and One Stop is prepared to serve current students at all times. Provide guidance on the coordination of administrative activities and process, centers' material and supply inventory and record-keeping systems, and other junior-level staff procedures, ensuring timely completion and workflow efficiency.
Student staff support (10%)
Assist in the oversight of the work of students including tour guides (Ambassadors), front desk and customer service student staff, and other Admission/Center student staff. May serve as primary student supervisor or may support incidentally.
Campus department liaison (10%)
Builds relationships with campus departments and other customer service staff in and outside of Enrollment Management and Admission to effectively and efficiently guide guest, visitor, and student concerns and questions to the appropriate department. Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to foster collaborative partnerships in support of the operations of the Welcome Center and One Stop customer service initiatives.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
