Job summary

Freedom Mortgage is seeking a Sr. Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of machine derived letters and notices, ensuring regulatory alignment and accurate large-scale distribution.

The role collaborates with internal partners and external vendors to enhance processes and reduce risk. The position involves testing, coordination with Legal Compliance, and project work related to regulatory requirements, with emphasis on timely customer communications and adherence

Qualifications

• Requires strong data analysis and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Office tools; ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience in mortgage servicing or regulated financial communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and program selection criteria for machine derived letters and statements.
• Create test plans and perform UAT for letter changes and monitor post-implementation results.
• Define logic and guidelines for machine derived letters with cross-functional teams and Legal Compliance.
• Coordinate with print vendors to meet programming requirements and deadlines.
• Manage print vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate communications.
• Support large-scale annual projects (Year End, Privacy Notice distribution, cross testing).
• Adhere to all company policies and maintain regular attendance.
