Freedom Mortgage Corporation seeks a Sr. Coordinator to develop, test, and maintain machine-derived letters and notices, ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will partner with Legal Compliance, vendors, and internal teams to optimize processes and reduce risk in large-scale letter distributions. The role requires strong data analysis, attention to detail, and effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 4–6 years of mortgage servicing experience required.
• Strong logical reasoning and data analysis abilities.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Identify and program selection criteria and loan scenarios for machine derived letters.
• Create detailed test plans and perform UAT for statements and letters.
• Determine best practices for programming machine derived letters.
• Collaborate with Legal Compliance to define logic, timing, and guidelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams on regulatory projects and changes.
• Coordinate with print vendors and prioritize requests from partners.
• Manage print vendor relationships to ensure timely, accurate communications.
• Lead large-scale annual projects like Year End and privacy notice distributions.
• Comply with all company policies and maintain regular attendance.
