Freedom Mortgage is seeking an Analyst, Research Business Control to perform assigned functions within Correspondence & Research with accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include coding disaster loans per investor guidelines, handling quality control reviews, and supporting special projects as volumes demand.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years mortgage servicing experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 2 years mortgage servicing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated.

Aufgaben

• Review disaster reports and identify disaster coding needed based on investor guidelines.
• Research accounts noted on quality control reviews as out of standard/policy exceptions and provide information needed to respond in a timely manner.
• For selected processes, review a population of accounts for adherence to established standards and timeframes; document findings and provide recommendations for exception.
• Assist with acquisitions and sales activities as needed and directed.
• Provide recommendations for creation of/enhancements to Fiserv scripts for improving end user experience.
• Assist with accumulation, categorization and tracking of customer service issues; identify root cause issues and possible corrective actions.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
