Job summary

The senior coordinator will work with OFL’s foundation liaison, director of research and planning, and the program officer to advance funding partnerships and strategic collaborations between the executive branch and philanthropy to improve outcomes for Michigan residents, especially the most vulnerable and marginalized.

The senior coordinator will provide excellent customer service, manage office operations, steward stakeholder partnerships, and serve as lead scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with OFL’s foundation liaison, director of research and planning, and program officer to advance funding partnerships and strategic collaborations between the executive branch and philanthropy to improve outcomes for Michigan residents, especially those who are most vulnerable and marginalized.
• Provide excellent customer service, manage office operations, steward OFL’s stakeholder partnerships efficiently and effectively, and serve as lead scheduler for the office.
• Operate under a dual reporting structure to the foundation liaison and the director of research and planning.

Job description

The senior coordinator will work in collaboration with OFL’s foundation liaison, director of research and planning, and the program officer to advance our work to identify and broker innovative funding partnerships and strategic collaborations between the executive branch of state government and philanthropy to improve outcomes for Michigan residents, especially those that are most vulnerable and marginalized. The senior coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service with a priority focus on managing the operations of the office, stewarding OFL’s stakeholder partnerships efficiently and effectively, and serving as lead scheduler for the office. The coordinator will have a dual reporting structure and report to the foundation liaison and the director of research and planning.
