Job summary

SHR CONSULTING GROUP, LLC is seeking a Lead COOP SME - TT&E in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on designing, executing, and evaluating enterprise-wide TT&E programs to validate COOP, EM, and DR plans.

The candidate must hold a Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret and work onsite at the Pentagon. Responsibilities include coordinating COOP/EM/DRP readiness exercises, feeding outcomes into CAP, and advising leadership on continuity readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in continuity operations and planning in IT environments of similar size and complexity.
• Ability to identify Mission Essential Functions (MEFs) and translate requirements into actions.
• Knowledge of DoW COOP policy, NIST SP 800-34 and related directives.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct TT&E events (tabletop, functional, full-scale, relocation drills).
• Ensure compliance with EO, directives and NIST/NIMS doctrine; manage CAP lifecycle.
