Job summary

Ardent Eagle Solutions is hiring a Continuity Management and Program Analyst in Washington, D.C. This full-time, on-site role focuses on enhancing the Department of Commerce’s continuity planning, with an emphasis on COOP program development and execution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in COOP/COG roles and hold an active Top Secret security clearance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Benefits include medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ COOP/COG experience with executive department headquarters.
• Active Top Secret security clearance and SCI crossover eligibility.
• Experience with PPD-40 and FEMA directives.
• Ability to produce draft work products effectively.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
• Dependable personal transportation for travel to a continuity facility.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of COOP programs.
• Write and develop documentation of contingency plans.
• Evaluate continuity program effectiveness and make recommendations.
• Assist in preparing materials for the COG mission.
• Attend interagency and internal working groups as needed.
