Job summary

SHR Consulting Group is seeking a COOP SME – TT&E Team Lead to direct ISCP/DR TT&E activities, improve resilience, and ensure compliance with RMF and NIST standards. The role requires coordinating testing, training, and exercises to validate recovery capabilities for DoW information systems at the Pentagon.

Candidates must have a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to Top Secret/SCI, with a strong background in RMF, CP controls, and continuity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• DoW 8570.01-M / DoW 8140 certification required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISCP TT&E program execution across all systems, ensuring compliance with DoW, NIST, and federal continuity standards.
• Validate contingency plans by testing recovery procedures against system security controls, threat models, and mission dependencies.
• Maintain ISCPs within the RMF lifecycle, including updates to System Security Plans, Contingency Plans, and POA&Ms, coordinating with RMF teams.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Management Information Systems; or five years of documented experience

DoW 8570.01-M / DoW 8140 (IAT/IAM as applicable) certification
