Job summary

SHR is seeking a COOP SME – Test, Training and Exercise Team Lead to strengthen DoW information systems at the Pentagon. You will direct TT&E activities, validate ISCPs, and coordinate RMF/contingency efforts across systems.

The role requires active Secret clearance with potential upgrade to Top Secret/SCI, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and DoD RMF/AAR deliverables. Onsite in Arlington, VA with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
• DoW 8570.01-M / DoW 8140 certification before start.
• Secret minimum clearance; TS/SCI as required by environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead TT&E program execution across all systems, ensuring RMF/compliance.
• Validate contingency plans by testing recovery procedures and security controls.
• Update ISCPs, Contingency Plans, and POA&Ms within RMF lifecycle.
• Coordinate and update DRP for consolidated facilities and mission-critical systems.
• Develop, schedule, and execute TT&E events including tabletop and full-scale exercises.
• Train personnel on contingency roles and recovery procedures; conduct realistic simulations.
