Job summary

SHR Consulting Group in Arlington, VA seeks a Lead COOP SME - TT&E to design, execute, and evaluate enterprise-wide TT&E programs that validate COOP, EM, and DR plans. Requires active Secret clearance and eligibility for Top Secret; position is full-time onsite at the Pentagon.

Responsibilities include designing TT&E events, ensuring compliance with DoW directives and NIST SP 800-34, developing training programs, and coordinating COOP/EM exercises while reporting via CAP and AARs.

Qualifications

• Continuity operations and planning in an IT environment of similar complexity.
• Working with customers to identify Mission Essential Functions (MEFs).
• DoW 8570.01-M / DoW 8140 (IAT/IAM) certification before start.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct TT&E events (tabletop, functional, full-scale, relocation drills).
• Ensure compliance with DoW directives and NIST SP 800-34.
• Evaluate EM readiness through scenario-based exercises aligned with NIMS/ICS.
• Develop and maintain COOP/EM/DRP training and testing programs; coordinate readiness exercises.
