Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent combination of advanced vendor certification and relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance at time of award.
• ITIL v4 Foundations, CompTIA Security+, HDI Desktop Support Technician certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs daily maintenance checks and readiness validation across COOP warm site systems.
• Provides deskside IT support for NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments.
• Supports contingency activations with 2-hour recall and executes warm site readiness protocols.
• Maintains asset accountability and documents transactions in ServiceNow.
• Delivers expert technical support and training for COOP staff on software and hardware.
