Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers in Houston, TX seeks a Foreman to lead crews in the installation and repair of cooling towers across sites. You will supervise schedules, ensure safety, and maintain quality under the direction of the Superintendent.

Travel is extensive to project locations, with emphasis on teamwork, training, and adherence to OSHA standards. A strong background in field cooling tower construction and reading blueprints is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field cooling tower construction.
• 1+ year of experience as a Foreman in cooling tower construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Windows-based applications.
• Knowledge and application of OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, compliance with OBR policies at the worksite.
• Oversee training, productivity, and performance of crews erecting and repairing cooling towers.
• Lead technicians to complete tasks safely, on time, to quality standards.
• Occasionally manage inspections or small projects in the absence of Superintendents.
