OBR Management in Houston, TX, seeks a Foreman for Gulf Coast to lead crews on cooling tower projects. The role involves scheduling, planning, coordinating, supervising, and strict cost control, with extensive travel to project sites.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in cooling tower construction and at least 1 year as a Foreman, with OSHA safety training and ability to read blueprints. Outdoor work and safety are emphasized.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years in field cooling tower construction.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Foreman in cooling tower projects.
• Knowledge of Windows-based applications and OSHA safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety and compliance with OBR policies at the worksite.
• Oversee training, productivity, and performance of crews erecting/repairing towers.
• Lead technicians to complete tasks safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Occasionally manage inspections or small projects in Superintendent's absence.
• Read blueprints to determine materials and dimensions.
• Lead daily/weekly safety meetings and file incident reports.
• Align mechanical equipment, assist with piping and framework installation.
• Work at heights with 100% tie-off above 4 feet when required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisors and Managers.
