Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to follow recipes and directions precisely.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred.
• Must be able to weigh and measure ingredients and assist in coordinating portions.

Responsibilities

• Read and adhere to standardized recipes in kitchen or front-of-house station.
• Prepare food items ensuring quality, accuracy, and presentation.
• Assist in menu and recipe development and in staff training as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and proper storage procedures according to Health Code and HACCP plans.
• Communicate with staff to meet production requirements and guest inquiries.
