Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring Senior Cooks for the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, CA. Roles available full-time and part-time with a schedule Fri–Sun and weekday availability required. A minimum of 1–2 years of senior cooking experience is requested.

Qualifications

• One to two years of senior cooking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned.
• Prepare entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform scheduled cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and complete required documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
