Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Prep Cook at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, CA. The role requires 1–2 years of prep cooking experience, with shifts part and full time, and daytime/evening availability.

Qualifications

• One to two years of prep cooking experience required.
• Ability to follow production schedules and recipes.
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items according to production sheets and recipes.
• Obtain daily production schedule from Chef and execute accordingly.
• Assist with meal preparation and plating for service.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures.
• Store and label food items per policy and date items.
• Assist with daily logs, waste tracking and quality checks.
