Restaurant Associates in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Cook for full- and part-time roles at Fanny's Restaurant. Shifts are Monday through Sunday, mornings or evenings; online applications accepted only.

• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• We have an opening for full and part time SENIOR COOK positions.
• Location: Fanny's Restaurant - 6067 West Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90036. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full and part time; Monday through Sunday, morning or evening shift. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Three to four years of cooking experience is required.
• Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.

• Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.
