Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Cook for the Emirates Lounge in Los Angeles. You will prepare nutritious, flavorful dishes and may oversee cooking activities, ensuring food safety and quality in line with standards.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with a fixed pay rate of $30.15 per hour. Prior 2 years in a supervisor/lead role is required; online applications are accepted only. Free meals, uniforms and laundering service are provided at select locations.

Qualifications

• Previous 2 years of experience in a supervisor/lead position required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage.
