Unidine is hiring immediately for Senior Cook positions located at Glenn Hopkins, MN. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with hours and days varying. A minimum of 2 years cooking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored following established recipes.
• Oversees cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use; performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items; maintains organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Keeps daily production records and completes required documentation и logs.
• Assists in cross training of employees.
