Job summary

Unidine is hiring immediately for full time and part time COOK positions in Maplewood, MN. You will prepare food according to established recipes, ensure correct portions, and maintain quality and safety standards in a busy kitchen. Schedule is 6:00 am–2:00 pm or 11:00 am–7:00 pm with days varying.

Prior cooking or prep cook experience is preferred, and training is available. Pay is $19.00–$23.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensures temperatures and presentation meet standards.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation, maintains high standards of cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Follows HACCP standards and ensures safe handling of knives, gloves, and equipment.
