Job summary

Unidine is hiring for a Senior Cook to prepare nutritious, flavorful meals in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with hours that may vary, and a pay range of $22.00–$24.00 per hour. 2 years of cooking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform scheduled routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; help maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen items.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and required documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
