Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and sanitary conditions in kitchen, dining room and storage areas.

• Maintain up-to-date inventory of all food and supplies.
• Follow menus, ensure timely meal service and rotate leftovers.
• Check freezers/refrigerators daily and assist with time cards and food quantities.
