Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Senior Cook for APPLIED DIGITAL - 65998001 location. You’ll be a team player focused on quality cooking, waste reduction, and delivering friendly customer service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events
• Follow complex recipes and product directions
• Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
• Oversee staff training and task assignment
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and with regularity
• Other duties as assigned based on client needs
