Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is desirable.
• Ability to follow complex recipes and plating standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present hot and cold items for all meal periods (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
• Follow complex recipes and produce small to large batches with quality plating.
• Train production staff and assign tasks as needed.
• Attend shifts on time and support client requirements and events.
