Qualifications

• Lead line cooking experience is required.
• Schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday; hours may vary.
• Ability to prepare entrees and follow established recipes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform scheduled routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and required documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
