Qualifications

• Previous senior cooking experience is required.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities of food service staff as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use and perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and required documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
