Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Obtains production requirements from the Chef and follows daily production sheets.
• Maintains HACCP guidelines and sanitization procedures.
• Cooks and portions items, stores and labels food items per policy.
• Resolves customer concerns and supports team during service.
