Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Cook at SOUTH DAKOTA SCHOOL OF MINES AND TECHNOLOGY. You’ll be a team player who prepares nutritious dishes, focuses on customer service, and helps reduce food waste while delivering high-quality food to diners.

Open availability, varying shifts, full-time, with a pay range of $18.00–$21.00 per hour. The role requires 4+ years of related experience and a passion for cooking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and events.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary techniques.
• May supervise production staff and assign tasks.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties as needed by client requirements.
