Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Dishwasher at SOUTH DAKOTA SCHOOL OF MINES AND TECHNOLOGY in Rapid City, SD. You will maintain cleanliness and sanitation across food production and service areas, including equipment, floors, and storage spaces. Open availability across shifts is expected.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, and assisting with setup/breakdown as needed. No prior experience required; HS diploma or GED preferred. Benefits and a supportive environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience required.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash to designated areas.
• Clean equipment with specified chemicals to maintain sanitary standards.
• Restock supplies like soap and towels.
• Walk or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
