Qualifications

• Previous kitchen and supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees cooking activities of food service staff as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares various entrées following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use; performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items; maintains organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assists in maintaining daily production records and required documentation.
• Assists in cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
